For the second year, Nord Chrome publishes its index men-women professional equality. Out of a maximum of 45 points, Nord Chrome scores 40 points.
The calculation was made in accordance with the method defined by the Ministère du Travail et le Secrétariat d’Etat chargé de l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes et de la lutte contre les discriminations.
