Automated Control System

Our grinders are at the state-of-the-art in terms of technology and innovation. They are equipped with automated control systems in particular for:

dimensional controls (diameter, profile, concentricity)

cracks controls using ultrasound and Eddy current

roughness

Our teams are able to treat a wide range of rolls from small size (400 kg) to Bur rolls (40 t).

Isbergues_Zone Automatisée

Grinding Automated Zone in Isbergues

A fully automated grinding zone has been implemented on our site of Isbergues for Z-High mill’s rolls. Handling, grinder loading/unloading, grinding program, rolls storage management and high-quality controls are fully automated.
